The SBMHD Series doypack packing machines feature a transmission system, which enables multiple independent axis movements.
This technology substitutes the traditional and standard single-cam shaft and therefore has significantly fewer mechanical parts. The control is provided by means of an intuitive touch screen HMI, facilitating format change-over and adaptability to multiple formats. This is made possible by servo technology, which enables independent movements of machine parts.
The SBMHD Series doypack packing machines produce pouches with excellent seals, equal to the quality of premade pouches. Moreover, these machines produce pouches with a huge number of designs and shapes for better product differentiation on the shelf.
Servo Technology, Full control of machine operation
The pouch width automatic correction system allows for a productivity up to 10% higher than mechanical HFFS doypack packing machines.

Vertical sealing group equipped with motorized adjustment for size, through an intuitive touch screen. By so doing, the Sealing jaw’s temperature can be individually controlled.
Top sealing and cooling groups with 180º folding hinge for easy cleaning. Sealing jaws adjustments are not required during the change of the sealing bars. The removable walking beam allows a fast format changeover.
The bottom sealing system has higher seal strength, and less leakage.
Servo pulling system with more stable working conditions and faster-pulling speed.
Dosing units for liquids are available with different nozzles for any kind of product. Hygienic design and easy-to-dismantle filling system, with clamps. Shineben HFFS machines are suitable to work with several kinds of dosing systems.
American banner sensor is adopted, which has the characteristics of all-optical color detection, high-speed motion mode, etc., can identify all color light sources, and can accurately detect the print mark under high-speed operation.
