SBMRD-320S rotary pouch packing machine is designed for big bags and quick change-over.

The rotary transport system is the ideal technical solution for heavy and large volume packaging bags. Designed with special focus for solid, liquid, and other type products. Big format pouches manufactured on the SBMRD-320S usually feature zippers to open-close the packaging.

The SBMRD-320S rotary pouch packing machine fills and seals pouches within a range of 200 x 200 mm. and 350 x 325 mm. It can reach an outpout of 40 pouches per minute and can fill up to 5 liters of product.

1. solid: candy, peanuts, green beans, pistachios, puffed food and other solid materials packaging.
2. Granules: beans, crystallized monosodium glutamate, crystallized salt, granular drugs, capsules, seeds, chemical seasoning, chicken essence, melon seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, feed and other granular materials packaging.
3. Powder: packaging of powder materials such as spices, milk powder, vegetarian powder, grain powder, glucose, raw flour, flour, etc.
4. Liquid: packaging of liquid materials such as soy sauce, rice vinegar, juice, beverage, etc.
5. Sauce: ketchup, chili sauce, bean paste and other sauce materials packaging.

• Natural Film Unwind System (no use Auto driver, so it will save power)

• Triangle film forming and balance device (Naturally stretch the film avoid the irregular surface caused by Auto driver stretch film)

• Three bottom sealings: two hot ones and one cold one, when the bag shape change, no need to change any devices when you change the size of the pouches. just need to input the data on the PLC. If need to change the size of bottom, just need to release three screw and replace the yellow device to a suitable one. And the total time will be within 10 minutes.

• Four vertical sealing: three hot sealing(used to heat the film step by step to avoid the film melting or lax heating caused by high temperature or unbalance temperature), one cold sealing (lower temperature for better sealing) .The pressure of the pressure on each sealing bar is 450kg, so total 1800kg pressure will make sure the strength of sealing.

• Servo Pouch Puller.
• Special designed horizontal scissor makes sure the smooth edge.
• All servo open bag and two top sealing devices.
• Stable bag claw and easy for catching bags and cleaning. one-time catching bag will finish all work: catch bag, open bag, filling bag, stretch bag, sealing bag etc.

• Bag detection device (no bag no filling) , avoid the waste of bag and production.
• There’s a bag keep opening device on the rotary machine to keep the bag still open to avoid the waste of the material and bags, so the filling cap could be a bigger one. And the open detector will make sure that there’s no filling while no opening ,so there’s no waste of material.
