Thanks to the fully automatic wrap-around labeler with roller prism, different cylindrical products can be labeled quickly and accurately on the circumference – all-around labeling. The wrap-around labeling machine is therefore used in many industries, from pharmaceuticals to food and cosmetics. The WALM series is suitable for labeling bottles, cans, vials, or similar containers, such as pots. One model can cover several different formats at the same time.
The WALM-RP labeling system includes a 3-roller turning station for outputting up to 60 products per minute. It features the highest labeling accuracy with the option to align containers using weld seams, print marks, or other features prior to the label (target label).
