Model SBM-CM16L automatic tablet counting machine has been upgraded in terms of PLC (upgraded with Siemens touch screen imported from Germany), safety protection (upgraded with alarm), operation warning, observation window, etc.

The tablet counting machine can count and dispense solid granules of various sizes of tablets, capsules (transparent or opaque hard and soft capsules), pills, candy, milk tablets, effervescent tablets, sterilized tablets, etc. in the width range of 3-20 mm for bottling, boxing and bagging in compliance with GMP requirements.

It can form a fully automatic bottle production line with bottle unscrambler, paper inserting machine, desiccant inserting machine, capping machine, electromagnetic aluminum foil sealing machine and self-adhesive labeling machine.

It is suitable for the production and packaging of scientific research institutions, hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, health care factories and chemical products.

5. The master gate is under program control to achieve a loading buffer and improve loading speed.
6. The feeding hopper loads the tablets into the bottles and other containers smoothly to complete the counting and bottling.

Suitable for diameter 3~25mm,3~20mm pills, 0#~5# capsules, soft capsules and other solid granular products (large materials can be customized to 60mm).
