Two side Labeler

Two side labeler is the fully automatic labeling machine which can label on both sides and on the side of shaped bottles without using format sets.

The adaptation to the respective product is done by simply adjusting the machine components. The associated advantages are short set-up times, high availability and multiple use in different production lines. For an exact placement of the labels when labeling the side, the shaped bottles are exactly on the transport route aligned.

The fully automatic two-side labelling machine is suitable for the precise labeling of canisters, shaped bottles, bottles, vials, pots and many other cylindrical products.

Two side labeler is used for side labeling of shaped bottles. This can be done on one or both sides. Some bottle caps even offer additional marking from above. An all-round module is available as an extension of the system, so that cylindrical products can also be processed in addition to the actual shaped bottles. The module is available either as a 3-roller turning station or as a lateral rotary belt (for higher performance ranges) or as a combination of the variants. An additional dispensing device is not usually required here.

1. Powerful function, one machine can realize single-sided and double-sided labeling of 4 kinds of products (round bottle, flat bottle, square bottle, shaped bottle).

Adopting double-sided rigid plastic synchronous guiding chain, which automatically ensures bottle alignment, low requirements for workers to put bottles and line docking into bottles, greatly reducing the difficulty of workers’ work or line docking, and can be used as a single machine or connected to an assembly line.
3. Equipped with popping pressure top mechanism to ensure smooth product transportation and effectively eliminate the error of bottle height itself.
4. Equipped with automatic bottle splitting mechanism, which automatically separates the spacing before bottle guiding to ensure the stability of subsequent bottle guiding, conveying and labeling.
5. Equipped with two over-labeling mechanisms to ensure labeling accuracy for the first time, and the second extrusion type over-labeling to effectively eliminate air bubbles and ensure labeling tightness at the head and tail.
6. Intelligent control, automatic photoelectric tracking, with no object not labeling, no label automatic correction and automatic label detection function, to avoid wasting labels and leakage.
